BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 4500 block of Hixson Pike, being on the northwest line of Hixson Pike southwest of Bagwell Avenue. Proposed lot 3, Davis Brothers Subdivision (not recorded), being a part of lot 1, Davis Brothers Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 37, page 235, ROHC; being part of the properties described in deed book 4220, page 191, ROHC, and deed book 4220, page 195, ROHC. Said part of lot begins on the northwest line of Hixson Pike 566.9 feet southwest of the intersection of the northwest line of Hixson Pike with the southwest line of Bagwell Avenue, thence southwest 25.26 feet with Hixson Pike, thence northwest 252.65 feet, thence southwest 303.53 feet to the southeast line of said lot 1, thence southwest 245.25 feet with said line to the southwest corner of lot 1, thence northeast 470 feet with the northwest line of lot 1 to the northwest corner thereof, thence southeast 311.70 feet with the northeast line of lot 1 to the northwest corner of lot 2, said subdivision, thence southwest 112.62 feet with the northwest line of lot 2 to the southwest corner thereof, thence southeast 300 feet with the southwest line of lot 2 to the northwest line of Hixson Pike, the point of beginning.
